Your Book Leader (who also acts as the Publishing Director) will be your primary contact throughout the publishing process, guiding you from start to finish. This program ensures that you won't go wrong. Typically, your Book Leader selects you for their specific title, while your Publishing Coordinator possesses extensive knowledge about Amazon book publishing and can assist you with any queries you may have during the process.

We will assess your chapter based on the requirements of the entire book, and it will receive a thorough mechanical editing on a word-by-word basis. Our evaluation of your story chapter will also include scrutinizing technical consistency, word choice, and syntax. Our aim is to provide you with a detailed assessment that identifies all issues or areas of concern, along with expert recommendations for improvement.

After you have reviewed the recommendations from our editorial team, you will collaborate with your Publishing Director to determine any additional editing you wish to undertake before proceeding. Your initial round of edits is complimentary and included in the enrollment fee. However, if you desire line-by-line editing to enhance tone, style, voice consistency, and flow, there will be an additional cost.

Despite the saying, "never judge a book by its cover," the reality is that people often do judge books based on their appearance. However, as a contributing author, you can be confident that your book will have a professional and attention-grabbing cover design that will stand out.

The cover design process commences with a Zoom meeting between your Book Leader and our design team to discuss the overall book cover design. Our team will research the genre and create several mockup designs for the Book Leader's evaluation. These mockups serve as initial concepts to ensure that we are on the right track.

Once the Book Leader and Publishing Director agree on a cover design from the initial mockups, we begin refining the cover to make it perfect and appealing to the target audience and genre. Once the book cover has been finalized, our team will create the spine, back cover with author names, and a book description. Additionally, we will produce 3D mockups for you to use on your social media platforms to inform your network that you will be a contributing author for the book title, which will become an Amazon bestseller.

The author's name will appear on the front cover on a first-come, first-served basis.

Included in the enrollment fee is a personal round of edits for each contributing author's chapter. Once all the chapters are submitted for the final compilation, we proceed to the final round of proofreading before publication.

Proofreading is an essential final step in our book editorial process, and we will not publish the book without sending it through our proofreading service. The goal of this stage is to ensure that the entire manuscript, including all the contributing author chapters, is error-free and ready for publication. Our team of proofreaders will meticulously review the manuscript, searching for common errors such as misspellings, grammar issues, capitalization, verb tense, and punctuation. Our proofreading process is an essential part of our quality assurance effort.

In this phase, your Book Leader and/or Publishing Director will assist in identifying the ideal retail outlets and overall objectives for the book. Our team will identify the best options for distributing your multi-author book globally and ensuring that it reaches the maximum number of readers. We will handle all account creations and prepare for the international launch, including guiding you on setting up your personal Amazon Author account.

Your chapter and book will be distributed across multiple platforms, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Walmart, and many more, to ensure maximum exposure and readership.

We have developed a proven strategy for achieving Amazon Bestseller status for Multi-Author books.

To prepare for your book launch, we will craft email templates to send to your contacts, create eye-catching graphics to share on social media, and schedule a podcast episode for the "Author Chat" on our recorded Podcast Show, where you can discuss your book.

Once the book is launched, we will implement a strategic pricing campaign on Amazon to generate early sales. Following that, we will coordinate a review campaign to generate early reviews for the multi-author book. Seven Moon Publishing will launch an email campaign to your contacts, publish the book on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, promote your book on social media and your author blog, make the book available for pre-order on our website or a dedicated book website, create an author page on our website, feature the book in Times Square and promote it on social news sites like Fox News affiliates. Additionally, we will release your Author Chat podcast interview.

Our primary goal for the first week is to achieve Amazon Bestseller status and establish you as a successful bestselling author. Afterward, we will continue to develop your profile through reviews and media coverage until your book is available for full distribution in print form through online bookstores like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, and Walmart, as well as in libraries, bookstores, and novelty retailers.
