1. Established a Defined Morning Routine

3. Don't Forget to Take a Day Off

When was the last time you took a day off? Working 24/7 will get you sale deals but will heavily affect your mental health and well-being. So, take a day off every week to recharge.

4. Don't Be Afraid to Ask for Help When You It

This is very simple but often times overlooked. If you think that you have reached burnout, make sure to get help from a professional.
